简介 研究方向:积极心理学,临床心理学和理想心理学,具体主题包括: (1) 聚焦中国哲学和传统文化(佛教、儒家)中的理念与技术,专精于正念冥想(Mindfulness Meditation)、慈悲冥想(Loving-kindness and Compassion Meditations)、随喜(Appreciative Joy)、自我关怀(Self-Compassion)等,探讨它们在提升幸福、改善人际、调节情绪、增强自控、发展精神性等方面的效果与机制。
(2) 基于冥想和积极心理学,开发各种数字心理健康(Digital Mental Health)产品,如音视频课程和在线训练营,并评估其在职场、家庭、临床等不同情境下的应用效果与机制。
(3) 在方法论层面发展和研究理想心理学(Idealistic Psychology/Ideal Psychology),即设计、实现和评估理想心理的研究方法与心理实践,如在第二代正念干预中对“天人合一”的研究和应用等。
(4) 研究电子游戏玩家的行为与心理健康,包括游戏成瘾、游戏消费等主题。
目前已发表中英文论文著作几十篇,其中多篇论文发表于Mindfulness, Journal of Positive Psychology, Clinical Psychology Review等领域顶级刊物;主持国家自然科学基金项目;担任正念与冥想国际学刊Mindfulness等编委。
实践方向:以正念冥想、积极心理学为基础的心理学实务:
(1) 发展全球首个喜心禅干预“喜悦之心”(Heart of Joy);中国首个第二代正念干预“正念积极心理”(Mindfulness-Based Positive Psychology)。向国内引进推广接纳与承诺疗法、第二代正念干预等。 (2) 设立“理想心理”小程序,面向公众提供数字心理健康服务(音视频冥想和积极心理学课程)、个体心理咨询和其它心理学服务;并为多加公司与单位开发数字心理健康产品。 (3) 负责北师大心理学部正念与冥想培训班;受邀为多家公司、单位提供商业正念和积极心理学课程或讲座等。 (4) 在互联网平台从事心理学科普活动,支援灾疫期间的心理服务等。 个人履历 工作经历: 2020.09-至今 副教授 beway必威 2018.01-2020.08 讲师 beway必威
